Aaron Peña | Managing Partner
Aaron Peña, managing partner of The Multifamily Teams, is a seasoned investor in real estate with over 10 years of experience. His journey began at the age of 23 when he acquired his first residential property, sparking a deep passion that has fueled his success ever since.
Prior to venturing into real estate, Aaron enlisted in the U.S. Navy and has served as a Navy SEAL for 20 years, honing exceptional leadership skills and strategic expertise. Operating in high-pressure environments, he collaborated closely with highly skilled teams to successfully accomplish critical missions.
Now, as the managing partner of The Multifamily Teams, Aaron brings his vision and determination to the multifamily investment industry. Drawing on his extensive military background, he employs his knowledge to drive success and unlock the full potential of multifamily investments.
Aaron holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of California - Los Angeles and is fluent in Spanish.
Vivian Peña | Managing Partner
Vivian Peña is a military spouse of over 15 years and managing partner of The Multifamily Teams, a privately held multifamily investment company. As a mother of three, Vivian fearlessly embraced the responsibilities of nurturing and supporting her family as a stay-at-home mom while her husband served in high-threat areas. However, she eventually embarked on a new career in a commercial real estate company specializing in property development and asset management.
As a military spouse, Vivian intimately understands the challenges of balancing home life and careers for military families. This, combined with her background in asset management, fuels her passion to empower families in building a lasting financial legacy without compromising family time through multifamily investments. Her unwavering dedication and invaluable insights further her purpose of helping families achieve financial abundance while providing investors with passive, high-yield income.
Vivian holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bryn Mawr College and is fluent in Spanish.
